I am noticing a lot of glitches lately on the https://chatgpt.com/ the AI for some reason starts all the answer with "yes", the feedback option where it gives 2 chat response to chose from looks like the pic below, when I open new chat for some reason the answer goes on-and on and cannot be paused until I refresh the page. Not sure if it's just me or if everyone is seeing this.

the UI is blank without any response, it did render at the beginning but blanked out afterwards, this happened multiple times since past 2 days.
