Kairos is an open-source risk and fraud decisioning platform, licensed under the Apache License 2.0. It processes sign-ups, logins, orders, payments, and payouts, retaining decisions and their underlying signals. Unlike alternatives such as Sardine, Sift, Riskified, and SEON, Kairos allows users to tune it with their own coding agents and employs decision models to detect fraud even without pre-existing training labels. Its architecture includes an HTTP API server, a web console, a CLI, core decision logic, and SDKs for TypeScript and Python.
