Bernstein – open-source governance layer for AI agents

Bernstein, an open-source governance layer for AI agents, recently shipped v3.23.0 with 53 CLI adapters. A previous version, v3.14.159, addressed setup issues by having the plan loader raise named errors and removing five commands. New features include a Muse Code adapter, Agent Plugins v1.0.0 manifests, signed run receipts, and the bernstein audit diagnose command. The project's README now indicates a beta status.
