My windows codex cli just keeps quitting back to command prompt

A user reported that their Windows codex CLI, version 0.152.1, repeatedly quits back to the command prompt in the middle of a session. This issue occurs regardless of whether they are farming to agents or not, and they are using 5.6 sol high. Although the session resumes after exiting, the problem persists.
