Built something over a weekend a few months back because I was tired of babysitting AI coding agents, approving every step, re-explaining context every session. So I made it wrap the agent I already used and just... learn how I actually work. Then I made another one for a teammate. Then they started handing work off to each other through a shared knowledge base without me in the middle.

That's the part that got weird. Not "the AI is smarter," but "the AI doesn't need me to route information anymore." Multiply that across a whole team and you get something that looks less like a tool and more like an organization running itself, 24/7, compounding its own context every day it runs.

It's called Munder Difflin if anyone wants to poke at it, open source, MIT licensed, wraps Claude Code/Cursor/whatever you already use.

But honestly I'm more curious what this sub thinks: if the singularity isn't a single model waking up but a mesh of narrow agents that stop needing humans to coordinate them, doesn't that change what we should actually be watching for?
