Apple's lawsuit against OpenAI is seen as not living up to its reputation for detail, described as careless and aggressive. Emails between Apple's outside counsel, Gabriel Gross, and OpenAI's General Counsel, Che Chang, show Gross mistakenly claimed they had spoken. Both Gross and Apple's in-house counsel confirmed this error, with Gross stating they were "resolving any issues."
